About

Born and raised in Lyon, France, I have lived in the United States for the past 24 years, first in the Midwest (Pittsburgh, Columbus, Cincinnati), and now in the NYC area, with a stop somewhere in between in Budapest, Hungary. By day, I specialize in analyzing customer data for some of the world’s biggest brands (Kroger, Home Depot, Macy’s, Ralph Lauren, rag & bone).

I started my love affair with photography the first time I traveled to New York City at age 18. I’ve honed my skills ever since, and for the past 8 years, I have done commercial photography, ranging from events (baptisms, small weddings), to corporate (mugshots, company events), and real estate. Five years ago, I added drone photography to my portfolio and I have captured some amazing drone footage in the United States and many other countries, including France, England, Israel, India, Colombia, and Costa Rica. My clients include startups and luxury hotels and my photography has been featured three times in the New Yorker. I currently have an exhibit of my aerial pictures called “Westchester: View from Above” at Grand Central Terminal, as part of the MTA Art & Design’s photography program.

I'm always looking for new challenges to hone my craft, and I strive to bring out the best of my subjects. I’d love to have a chat with you! Please contact me at jerome.strauss@gmail.com
